Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and wherever prohibited by law. Employees of Right This Minute LLC (“Host Sponsor”), and Slated Labs Technical Enterprises Pte Ltd (“Participating Sponsor”), either Sponsors’ parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and vendors, and their immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children, and grandchildren) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Decisions of Sponsors are final on all matters pertaining to Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Participating Sponsor. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

The information entrants provide to Sponsors will only be used for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, to select winners for this promotion and to receive future promotional emails from Sponsors. Entrants may opt out from receiving those emails from Sponsors at any time.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday, May 16, 2022 and ends at 6:59 a.m. Pacific Time on Friday, May 27, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). After the end of the Sweepstakes Period, sweepstakes will be closed and no further entries will be accepted. Host Sponsor reserves the right to revise days of the week and total number of days Sweepstakes is conducted.

TO ENTER:

To qualify for Bonus Prizes, entrants will be required to post on Facebook or Instagram a photo or video of themselves exercising, with the hashtag #RitualRTM in the caption and tagging the Participating Sponsor (on Facebook: @RitualFIT; on Instagram: @ritual.fit).

At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the Bonus Prize drawing will be considered closed and no further entries will be accepted.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Creation of, or entry from, multiple accounts is prohibited. Anyone found to use multiple/different accounts to enter will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries of any kind are permitted. Incomplete entries are void. Host Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, forged, mechanically or electronically reproduced, misdirected entries, or entries not received. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be required to provide Host Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry in question. Entries become the property of Host Sponsor and will not be returned. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants except with those selected as potential prize winners.

ELIGIBLE ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

RANDOM DRAWING FOR BONUS PRIZES:

Participating Sponsor will randomly select the winner(s) of the Sweepstakes Bonus Prizes drawing. Potential Bonus Prize winners will be notified by direct message on Facebook or Instagram (as applicable) and will have five (5) business days to respond with intent to claim the prize.

Winner(s) may respond by email or other specified communication formats to the addresses provided in the notification. If Participating Sponsor has not received confirmation of notification within this period, an alternate potential prize winner may be selected. If Participating Sponsor cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by Participating Sponsor.

All potential Bonus Prize Sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by Participating Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion and may not be challenged in any way. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Participating Sponsor will not accept screenshots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its verification process.

There is no limit on the number of tagged photos and/or videos that may be posted, although the Participating Sponsor makes no representation that posting multiple times will increase the odds of winning a bonus prize.

PRIZE BUNDLES SUMMARY:

Twenty (20) BONUS PRIZES: No Excuses Prize Bundle (Approximate Value $185)

Twenty entrants will win the No Excuses Prize Bundle—a Ritual FIT swag bag with: (i) one suspension trainer; and (ii) one Ritual FIT T-shirt. The prize will be shipped to a single destination within the 50 United States or District of Columbia designated by a winner. The Participating Sponsor will determine the shipping method in its sole discretion.

Twenty (20) BONUS PRIZES: A Step Forward Bundle (Approximate Value $120)

Twenty entrants will win the A Step Forward Prize Bundle consisting of a six-month subscription to Ritual FIT.

Each winner may choose a suitable start date for such subscription, provided that such start date must be within one month of such winner’s eligibility having been verified by the Participating Sponsor. Upon the expiry of a winner’s free six-month subscription, unless they cancel their Ritual FIT subscription before such expiry, standard subscription fees will apply.

No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners will be permitted. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse against the Participating Sponsor if the prize or a component thereof does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded.

WINNER’S REQUIREMENTS:

To claim any Bonus Prizes, winners will be required to provide the following to Participating Sponsor: Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance/Publicity Release Form (“Sweepstakes Winner Release”), which may require social security number, that confirms winner meets the eligibility requirements and has complied with these Official Rules. Winner must also provide valid government-issued photo identification satisfactory to the Host Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Winner Release and photo identification must be returned postmarked within ten (10) business days of prize notification date. Failure to respond to prize notification, complete acceptance materials within specified time period, and/or the return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries. Host Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a potential prize winner to receive notification or for the Host Sponsor to receive potential prize winner’s response and requested prize acceptance materials.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. There will be no cash substitution for the prize. Participating Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to Participating Sponsor to use Winner’s name, voice, statements, biographical information, image, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes during entry constitutes permission for Sponsors to add entrant to Sponsors’ customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in each Sponsor’s respective privacy policies, or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of promotional emails). Winner acknowledges that Sponsors may disclose their personal contact information with parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and vendors directly connected to the operation of this promotion.

TAXES:

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 IRS form. Sponsors reserve the right to withhold prize until completed W-9 form is received.

Sponsors, their parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in Sweepstakes and prizes.

SPONSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTEE, OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING ANY PRIZE, AND SPONSORS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TERMS: Participating Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering, or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Sweepstakes, whether caused by computer, technical, or human error. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if possible. Host Sponsor has no control over and is not responsible for broadcast interruptions, pre-emptions, schedule changes, delays, or other programming decisions made by local TV stations affecting the broadcast of the RightThisMinute television show. Entrants assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsors, their parent companies, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and vendors, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s partners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless for any loss, injury, or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the Sweepstakes, natural disasters, or acts of man or God.

Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. These Official Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, state and local laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Participating Sponsor.

All terms of the Sweepstakes shall be construed according to, and any disputes shall be subject to, the laws of the State of Arizona.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE COURTS OF ARIZONA LOCATED IN MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AND ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF- POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY ENTRANT WITH REGARD TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT INCLUDE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Host Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Arizona or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arizona. All entrants and winners agree, by their participation in this Sweepstakes, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona in Maricopa County and waive the right to contest jurisdiction.

Sponsors reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or any portion of it for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, wireless failure, or other technical problem corrupts the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including but not limited to the Sweepstakes entry form, or point-of-sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Participating Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Host Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and/or seek damages from any individual making any such attempts to the full extent permitted by law. Participating Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
