Terms and conditions: Fulfilment of Grand Prize and First Prizes

Participation in the RightThisMinute x Ritual FIT “Get FIT” Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these prize fulfilment terms and conditions. In these terms, “Participating Sponsor” refers to Slated Labs Technical Enterprises Pte Ltd and “Host Sponsor” refers to Right This Minute LLC.

Grand Prize: Off We Go Prize Bundle

One Off We Go Prize Bundle (the “Grand Prize Bundle”) will be awarded to one entrant (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Bundle consists of: (i) a three-day, two-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California, to stay at a hotel in Los Angeles, California, and US$1,500 spending money for transportation, food and entertainment costs (“Trip”) (“Travel Prize”); and (ii) a subscription to the Ritual FIT app valid for one year. Travel Prize

Air Travel

The Grand Prize Winner will receive two round trip coach tickets to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) from the US airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence and up to a maximum of US$1,600 including all taxes and fees and booked by the Participating Sponsor and its agencies. The Grand Prize Winner must travel within one year of the Grand Prize Winner’s eligibility having been verified by the Host Sponsor (the “Travel Period”). The Participating Sponsor will work with Prize Winner to find travel times and dates that accommodate the Grand Prize Winner and these conditions.

Hotel

The Grand Prize Winner will receive two nights’ accommodations in a double occupancy room for the Grand Prize Winner and their Guest at a hotel (“Hotel”) up to a maximum of US$300 per night (including all taxes and fees and booked by the Participating Sponsor and its agencies). Any upgrades or changes to room, damage to room or the Hotel, or charges to the room (including but not limited to any food, room service, spa treatments, or activities) are the Grand Prize Winner’s sole responsibility and cost. The Grand Prize Winner may use the spending money (see below), if applicable, for these charges in their discretion.

Spending Money

The Grand Prize Winner will receive spending money in the form of an American Express gift card with US$1,500 in value for use by the Grand Prize Winner for transportation, food and entertainment costs while on the Trip. Cash cannot be used for liquor, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, uninsured activities (e.g., any activity booked or provided through a vendor or supplier that does not carry standard liability insurance or otherwise is not in compliance with local laws and regulations), or any illegal products or substances. Use of the gift card is subject to American Express’ terms and conditions for American Express gift cards. The Participating Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or mismanaged gift cards and is not liable for any use of or purchases made with the gift card or any errors or mistakes in spending.

Travel Prize Conditions

If the Grand Prize Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Travel Prize with no Guest, the Travel Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner and any remainder of the Travel Prize for a Guest will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Travel Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will each be required to execute and return a Release of Liability form.

The Grand Prize Winner’s Guest must be 18 years of age or older unless the Grand Prize Winner is such minor Guest’s parent/legal guardian in which case the Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute a Release of Liability form on behalf of that minor Guest. The Grand Prize Winner and their Guest will be responsible for all travel documents and identification acceptable to airlines, security and governmental agencies.

Air travel and Hotel are dependent on availability. All air travel and the Hotel must be booked at least 30 days before the Grand Prize Winner’s intended date of travel and must be completed within the Travel Period. Travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply including school holidays and public holiday periods. If travel restrictions due to COVID-19 or any other unforeseen circumstances significantly restrict travel to Los Angeles, California during the Travel Period, the Participating Sponsor may elect in its sole discretion to extend the dates of the Travel Period until such restrictions have been lifted.

The Grand Prize Winner and their Guest must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Travel arrangements to and from the Grand Prize Winner’s home and the airport of departure as well as travel arrangements to and from the Hotel and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) do not form part of the Travel Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

Flights are subject to the fare rules and general conditions of carriage of the relevant carrier. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos and availability at the time of booking. The Participating Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the payment of any applicable airline excess baggage fees or other fees, taxes and surcharges. The Grand Prize Winner (and their Guest) will not be entitled to accrue frequent flyer points on the travel or accommodation. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The Participating Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs and Hotel costs are less than the maximum amounts stated in these terms and conditions. In the event that the Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel during the stipulated period then they forfeit the entire prize with no further compensation or further liability of the Participating Sponsor.

Any extension to the duration of the Travel Prize is at the Grand Prize Winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking. Once flights and accommodation are booked, dates may not be amended.

In the event the Grand Prize Winner’s residence is close enough to the destination such that air transportation is deemed by the Participating Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the Travel Prize will not include air transportation from the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.

Unless otherwise specified all other expenses are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner (and their Guest) including but not limited to meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, passports, any required immunizations or medical testing for travel, activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Grand Prize Winner at the time of accommodation check-in to cover incidental charges.

1-year Subscription to the Ritual FIT app

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a one-year subscription to Ritual FIT. The Grand Prize Winner may choose a suitable start date for such subscription, provided that such start date must be within one month of the Grand Prize Winner’s eligibility having been verified by the Host Sponsor.

Upon the expiry of the Grand Prize Winner’s free one-year subscription, unless the Grand Prize Winner cancels their Ritual FIT subscription before such expiry, standard subscription fees will apply.

First Prizes: Be Brave Prize Bundle

Three entrants (each, a “First Prize Winner”) will each be awarded a Be Brave Prize Bundle (the “First Prize Bundle”). The First Prize Bundle consists of: (i) a set of home workout equipment; and (ii) a subscription to the Ritual FIT app valid for six months. See details and conditions below.

Home Workout Equipment

Each First Prize Winner will receive: (i) one pair of 5 kilo dumbbells; (ii) one pair of 7.5-kilogram dumbbells; (iii) one pair of 10-kilogram dumbbells; (iv) one pair of 15-kilogram dumbbells; (v) one pair of 8-kilogram kettlebells; (vi) one pair of 12-kilogram kettlebells; (vii) one pair of 16-kilogram kettlebells; (viii) one pair of 20-kilogram kettlebells; (ix) one suspension trainer; and (x) one set of Olympic rings.

The home workout equipment will be shipped to a single destination within the 50 United States or District of Columbia designated by a First Prize Winner. The Participating Sponsor will determine the shipping method in its sole discretion.

**6-month Subscription to the Ritual FIT app **

Each First Prize Winner will receive a six-month subscription to Ritual FIT. Each First Prize Winner may choose a suitable start date for such subscription, provided that such start date must be within one month of such First Prize Winner’s eligibility having been verified by the Host Sponsor.

Upon the expiry of a First Prize Winner’s free six-month subscription, unless the First Prize Winner cancels their Ritual FIT subscription before such expiry, standard subscription fees will apply.

General Terms

All prizes are “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes, or cash redemption will be made or is permitted except in the Participating Sponsor’s sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each prize winner agrees to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Participating Sponsor and the Host Sponsor from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or accruing from: (i) the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize; or (ii) property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with the possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity.
